Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
The Bepors mobile application and the bepors.ai website (together, the “Service”) are operated by Hubizens LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hubizens LLC, and Bepors is one of its products. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Service.
Hubizens LLC is a small, independent team. We have no legal, financial, operational or organisational affiliation with any government, governmental body, political organisation or other institution, anywhere in the world. Bepors is not endorsed by, funded by, or accountable to any such body.
Bepors is an AI assistant for everyday questions: you ask a question in plain language, you get an immediate answer, and other members who have solved the same problem can add what they know. It is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. What the Service provides
- An assistant that answers questions about local services, paperwork, community life and getting settled, drawing on answers other members have written and on a directory of businesses and professionals.
- A community: members can answer each other’s questions, mark answers helpful, and vouch for businesses they have actually used.
- A directory of businesses and professionals, organised by city and category.
- Listings — jobs, housing and marketplace posts — that members offer or seek.
- Events gathered from public sources and submitted by members.
- Connections: a way to reach a business through the Service, optionally sharing your contact details with them.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We add, change and remove features as the product develops.
3. Your account
- You must provide a working email address; we use it to verify your account and to reach you about it.
- Your display name does not have to be your legal name. Most people use a first name and an initial.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- Tell us promptly at support@bepors.ai if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any law that applies to you.
- Post anything false, deceptive or fraudulent — including fake job or housing offers, advance-fee schemes, and requests for payment or documents under false pretences.
- Impersonate another person or business, or claim a business listing you are not authorised to represent.
- Harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone, or post hateful content targeting a person or group.
- Post someone else’s personal information without their consent.
- Advertise outside the places meant for it, or use answers and connections as a channel for unsolicited promotion.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content — in particular the directory, member contact details, or listing contact information — by any automated means.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with their operation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules — in serious cases, without notice.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service, and to keep it available after your account is deleted in the anonymised form described in Section 15.
Answers are meant to outlive the question. A useful answer becomes part of a public, searchable body of knowledge — that is the point of the Service — so please post with that in mind. You are responsible for what you post and for having the right to post it.
6. AI-generated answers, and what they are not
Answers produced by the assistant are generated automatically from community answers and directory data. They are a starting point for your own enquiries. They are not legal, immigration, medical, tax, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using the Service.
Automatically generated text can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Rules, eligibility, prices, opening hours and requirements change constantly and vary by jurisdiction and by individual circumstance. Verify anything that matters with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you act on it. Decisions you make on the basis of an answer are your own.
7. The directory, and what a listing means
Directory entries are compiled from public sources, from what members tell us, and from businesses that have claimed their own listing. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a certification.
- We do not verify professional licences, qualifications, insurance, immigration status, work eligibility or the quality of anyone’s work.
- “Verified” and similar labels, where shown, mean only what the label says they mean on the listing — usually that a business’s existence and location were corroborated against an independent source.
- Any contract, engagement or payment is strictly between you and the business. We are not a party to it and take no commission on it.
- Directory information can be wrong or out of date. If you find a mistake, or you are a business that wants an entry corrected or removed, write to support@bepors.ai.
8. Vouches, ratings and feedback
Vouches and feedback must come from genuine experience. Do not vouch for your own business, arrange vouches, offer anything in exchange for one, or leave negative feedback about a competitor you have not dealt with. We remove signals we believe to be manufactured, and repeated attempts are grounds for termination.
9. Listings: jobs, housing and marketplace
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you post, and for having the right to offer it.
- Housing and job posts must comply with the anti-discrimination, fair-housing, employment and consumer laws that apply where you are. Do not state preferences or limitations based on a protected characteristic.
- Do not post illegal goods or services, or anything you cannot lawfully sell or let.
- New posters may be reviewed before their post appears, and posts reported by several members may be hidden automatically pending review.
- Deal carefully. Meet in public, do not send deposits or documents to people you have not verified, and treat pressure to move off the Service as a warning sign. We do not screen posters or guarantee any transaction.
10. Businesses, subscriptions and paid placement
10.1 Claiming and subscribing
- Only someone authorised to act for a business may claim its listing.
- Paid features are described, with their price, at the point of purchase.
- Prices differ by country, and sometimes by city or category. The price you are shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies to you.
- On the web and on Android, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. A purchase is fulfilled when Stripe confirms the payment, not when your browser returns from checkout.
- On iOS, purchases and subscriptions are made through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. Apple’s terms govern that transaction, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the paid features stay available until then.
- One-off purchases — a paid job post, a promoted event — buy the specific placement described at the time, for the period stated there, and are not refundable once the placement has run. If something did not run as described, write to support@bepors.ai and we will put it right.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice before a renewal is affected.
10.2 What paid placement does and does not buy
Paid placements are labelled as sponsored and appear in their own place on the page. Payment never changes the ranking of results, never adds a business to an answer, and never affects a trust score or a vouch count. If a paid unit ever appears inside a generated answer, that is a defect — please report it.
11. Connections and contact details
When you ask us to connect you with a business, you choose what to share: a message only, or a phone number or email address as well. Once you share contact details with a business, that business has them — we can delete our copy, but we cannot retrieve theirs. Businesses may not use contact details obtained through the Service for bulk marketing.
12. Moderation
Content is checked automatically before it is published, and content that goes live without a successful check is queued for a person to review. We may remove or hide content, and restrict or terminate accounts, at our discretion — including for anything that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsafe. Automated checks are imperfect in both directions; if something of yours was blocked in error, write to support@bepors.ai.
13. Our content and intellectual property
The Service itself — its software, design, name, logo, and the compilation and organisation of its content — belongs to Hubizens LLC or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Service for your own personal or business use as intended. You may not copy, redistribute or build a competing dataset out of it.
Some reference data in the Service comes from open datasets and is used under their licences, with attribution given in the Privacy Policy. Those licences apply to that data, not to the Service as a whole.
14. Privacy
Our handling of your information is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or by following the instructions on the account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account removes your identity. Questions and answers you contributed stay on the Service as anonymous community content, attributed to “Former member”, because other people rely on them. The deletion page sets out exactly what is removed and what remains.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to by law.
16. Third-party services and links
The Service links to external websites and relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, payments, mapping and automated text processing. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of sites we link to, and your use of a third party’s own service is governed by their terms.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In particular, we do not warrant that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
- answers, directory entries, listings or event details are accurate, complete or current;
- any business, professional, employer, landlord, buyer or seller you find through the Service is trustworthy, qualified or lawful.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBIZENS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY DEALING WITH A BUSINESS, EMPLOYER, LANDLORD OR OTHER MEMBER YOU FOUND THROUGH IT.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in which case the limitation applies to the fullest extent that jurisdiction permits.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you post, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with another user or a business.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at support@bepors.ai so we can try to resolve the matter directly — most things can be sorted out that way. If that does not resolve it, disputes are settled by binding arbitration.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in.
22. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
23. Contact
Questions about these Terms: support@bepors.ai, or through the contact page.
